Kathleen's Hope 100
Four years ago my husband Jim and I came up with the idea of a "golf-a-thon" to raise money for Hope Hospice. Since that date we have both lost loved ones who were able to benefit from hospice care when they needed it most. When my mother was in the last stages of her Alzheimers, a non profit Hospice in Washington State came to our rescue and for the first time I had a true concept of the services that bring peace and comfort when needed the most.
Because of our experiences with Hopsice, and the awarness that most of our friends and family will at some point need Hopsice, the Hope 100 has become even more important to us.The challenge of individuals striving to raise $2,500.00 each for Hope and play 100 holes of golf in a single day is daunting. Please help us in supporting a cause that is so necessary to all of us.
